the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries, fruits, and a hot food selection. i noticed the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, which i used. my room had a separate seating area with a small sofa and coffee table.
the in-room safe was not bolted down. this was concerning.

I received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. This included a larger bed. The room I stayed in was notably quiet. The breakfast buffet had plentiful selections. I particularly enjoyed the availability of various milk alternatives. The staff at the front desk were consistently helpful and efficient. They provided quick responses to my inquiries.
I found the layout of the reception area slightly unconventional. It seemed somewhat disjointed. This made navigating the check-in process a bit confusing initially! though the parking was expensive.

The staff was always available to assist with any requests. The hotel had a LOVELY fresh scent when you first entered. The mattress was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
The car park is quite distant from the hotel, i was fortunate to find a space just off the street.

unenthusiastic staff
The staff i encountered upon arrival didnt seem particularly enthusiastic. i expected better communication regarding parking. The hotel doesnt have its own, so i needed to use a public car park. also, the restaurant was closing soon when i arrived late and it seemed like the staff wanted to finish for the night rather than serving me. there was no complimentary water in my room only soft drinks were available.

I found the breakfast selection very good. There were many choices available, I especially liked the fresh fruit. The location was convenient, close to parking. The staff were very polite and helpful, always ready with a smile.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't working correctly.
